Dereham booked their place in the next round of the FA Cup after securing a deserved win over Boston.

The Magpies took the lead inthe 26th minute when Matt Howard headed home Aaron Kay's in-swinging free-kick, and made it 2-0 six minutes later when Nicky Howell slotted home following a fine cross from Luke Tuttle.

Boston were then awarded a penalty in the 38th minute, which saw Daniel Morphew receive his marching orders for his invovlement in the incident.

However, Liam Nimmo saw his penalty saved by Magpies goalkeeper Andrew Wilton.

The hosts were then awarded another penalty on the hour mark and this time Ian Dunn was called upon and he made mistake from 12 yards.

However, the visitors secured their victory when Ryan Hawkins fired home late on.

Matt Henman's side will go to St Ives in the next round on September 14.
