Hellesdon Belles football team are on the look-out for new players.
The club's Rachel Durant said: 'Interested in keeping fit and de-stressing at the same time? Want to meet new folk and have a few laughs? Hellesdon Belles may be the team for you.
'We are seeking new recruits - experienced footballers or the uninitiated welcome!'
Belles train on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 at Eaton Park until the end of the month and from September at FDC in Cloverhill, Bowthorpe.
Those who want to can also get involved in the Norfolk Seven-a-side Women's League on Sundays (home ground near the airport).
