The gap at the top of the Premier League is back to five points, but Mulbarton Wanderers may well still be kicking themselves that it's not closer.

Wanderers reduced the distance between themselves and Harleston Town to five points with a midweek win over third-placed Norwich Ceyms which effectively ensures it is a two-horse title race.

But had it not been for a 1-1 draw at Wroxham Reserves a week ago, Wanderers would have top spot in their own hands. Instead they have to keep winning – they travel to Bradenham Wanderers on Saturday – and hope Harleston slip up, the first test of which will be when they host fourth-placed Hellesdon.

Away from the top end of the table, bottom side Reepham's cause is over: they are officially relegated so go into their home game against Ceyms with only pride to fight for. Second-bottom Stalham have a trip to Wroxham Reserves and will be looking to overtake Acle, two points better off, who host Mattishall.
