Acle stay on course for title

Acle United stayed five points clear at top of the Premier Division as goals from Luke Thacker, Adam Hipperson and Bradley Hyde gave them a 3-1 win at Norwich CEYMS.

Blofield United stay second after beating Beccles Town 2-1 thanks to goals from Peter Nobbs and Stephen Burdett while Neil Hurren was on target for the visitors.

Scott English and Thomas Anderson scored for Dersingham Rovers as they were held to a 2-2 draw with Cromer Town – Ben Graver and Amos Bailey getting the goals for the Crabs.

Spixworth have games in hand and won 2-0 at home to Caister, with goals from Danny Brown and Mark Bloomfield. Connor Charlesworth and Haydn Davis scored for St Andrews but they lost 3-2 to in-form Mattishall, whose goals came from Connor Delaney, George Watts-Sturrock and Joshua Macann. Kirkley & Pakefield Reserves travelled to Reepham Town and won 2-1 through goals from Kieran Baldwin and Liam Harvey-Cooper. Andrew Hanby for home team.

In Division One already-promoted Long Stratton beat Corton 2-0 thanks to goals from John Curtis and Matthew Cartledge. Harleston Town stay second with a 3-3 draw at Hellesdon. North Walsham Town enjoyed a 5-0 win over Mundford thanks to a Dale Wilton hat-trick and two from Perry Payne. Karl Bush got all four goals as Bradenham Wanderers beat Poringland Wanderers 4-1. Horsford United won 2-0 at Aylsham whilst Hindringham lost 1-0 to Stalham Town.
