Twenty-two clubs took part in the Webb Cup, a new double rink competition introduced by competition secretary Brenda Whitehead with Christine and Trevor Webb providing the trophy. In 2009 Christine and Trevor were president of the Norfolk ladies and men's associations respectively, and the trophy was presented to the county to mark their year in office. Acle and Connaught (Attleborough), met in the final held at County Arts BC with Acle winning 56-24.

Connaught: M Goode, C Tipton, S Parsons, S Bragg, R Secker, D Adcock.
