Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT at land in Paston, Bacton and Walcott coastline Take notice that application is being made by Mr Steve Blatch of North Norfolk District Council for planning permission to place approximately 1.5million to 1.8million cubic metres of sediment on the foreshore in front of the Bacton Gas Terminal and across the Bacton to Walcott villages coastal frontage. This sediment will provide coastal protection to nationally important gas infrastructure and enhance beaches and protection to the villages. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. `Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. `Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
