North Norfolk District CouncilLOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 FEES FOR LICENCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Norfolk District Council, acting in their capacity of the Licensing Authority, intend to implement the following proposals for licence fees under Section 53(2) and 70(1) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, in respect of the following categories of licence issued by the North Norfolk District Council effective from the 1st April 2018:

FEES FOR LICENCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Norfolk District Council, acting in their capacity of the Licensing Authority, intend to implement the following proposals for licence fees under Section 53(2) and 70(1) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, in respect of the following categories of licence issued by the North Norfolk District Council effective from the 1st April 2018:
LICENCE TYPE
Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence - Renewal with no plate — valid 1 year - £130
Private Hire Vehicle Licence - Renewal with no plate — valid 1 year - £130
Licence to Drive Hackney Carriage / Private Hire Vehicles - Replacement Badge & Paper Licence (Name Change) - £15
Licence to Drive Hackney Carriage / Private Hire Vehicles - Replacement Paper Licence (Address Change) - £10.50
Any person who wishes to make any objections or representations in respect of the proposal should do so in writing within 28 days from the date of publication of this Notice, to Mrs Gemma Faircloth, Public Protection Manager, North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN, or by email public.protection@north-norfolk.gov.uk This information is also available to public inspection (free of charge) on the Councils website https://www.north-norfolk.gov.uk/taxi-licence-application-fee-change-as-of-april-2018/ and at the Council offices.
