Great Yarmouth Borough Council has appointed Aldreds Estate Agents Ltd to undertake the sales and marketing on the Council's behalf of 70 new beach huts at Gorleston, Lower Esplanade.
£19,800 purchase plus £900 annual ground rent (VAT inclusive)
Beach huts will be released in phases of 20
Aldreds will start marketing on Thursday, October 4th and the huts will be available to purchase, subject to contract, from 9am on Monday, 15th October
