CARBON PLANTATIONS LTD has submitted an application to the Forestry Commission for consent to create new woodlands on four estates in Norfolk and Suffolk. These are EIA-2021-0415 B.J.Rutterford (Hockwold Fen), EIA-2021-0416 Euston Farms, EIA-2021-0417 South Pickenham Estate and EIA2021-0418 Westacre Farms. This is a requirement of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (England) Regulations.
