Norfolk NR256LZ) The Licence if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take Place: Sale of alcohol on the premises and Provision of regulated entertainment both inside the premises and seating just outside. Café and wine bar will be open from café 7am till 5 pm and wine bar 6pm till 11 pm at the latest. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9EN Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. Representations should be made by 28/02/18 (28 days starting day after the day on which the application was given to the authority by the applicant) This application may be viewed during office hours at the above offices. N.B It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
