A Diss pub plans to hold a family fun day to thank customers for their support.

The Two Brewers in St Nicholas Street, Diss, will host the event on Saturday from midday featuring a bouncy castle for adults and children, hog roast, karaoke, and live music from county and western singer Dave Drain from 9pm.

The pub, run by Kim and Simon Musk, reopened after a refurbishment in December and has had some closures since then as Mrs Musk has been in and out of hospital for treatment for a heart problem called an atrial septal defect (ASD). Mrs Musk said: 'We want to thank our customers that have stuck with us. The idea is also to bring something different to the town, and to raise awareness for ASD.'

Mrs Musk said that after the family fun day, she planned to do a series of fundraisers for heart charities.
