Police were called to a disturbance at a city centre bank this afternoon.

Officers were sent out at about 4.30pm today to Halifax bank on Gentleman's Walk, near to Jarrold department store.

A Norfolk police spokesman confirmed that they had dealt with an 'abusive customer'.

Staff at the bank declined to comment.
