Police appeal for information about the theft of a boat

A boat has been stolen from Hempton, near Fakenham.

It was taken from a wooded area on Knights Common, close to the river, sometime between 4pm on Wednesday, June 11 and 7am the next day.

The boat is a Jeanneau Aquapeche, dark green and brown in colour, approximately 9ft to 10ft long and 5ft to 6ft wide.

It is a heavy duty boat and police believe three to four people would have been required to lift it.
