Old Buckenham Players will take to the stage with Ray Cooney's fabulous farce of doctors and nurses, It Runs in the Family.

Dr David Mortimore is preparing to address a conference of neurologists with a speech guaranteed to win him a knighthood. In rushes a visitor, a nurse he had a fling with 18 years ago. Mortimore learns as a result of their affair she bore him a son; a son who is currently rampaging around the hospital looking for his wayward father. Attempting to cover up such a catastrophe on this important day, and against the clock, he starts a series of lies, deceptions and cover ups that spin deliriously out of control.

The play will be performed at Old Buckenham Village Hall at 7.30pm on May 19, 20, and 21.
