Norwich United were denied all three points at Bury Town by an injury-time equaliser, Joe White rising at the near post to head home from a corner.

Adam Hipperson had twice given the Planters the lead, his first an excellent strike from 25 yards in the 12th minute after Hafeez Sanusi had flicked on a long ball into his path.

The Planters defended well to keep their lead until half-time but the first mistake cost them dearly as Ryan Jolland was given too much time on the edge of the box 11 minutes after the break and fired a shot in off the inside of the post.

The visitors were back in the lead 15 minutes from time, Tim Henery was fouled as he dribbled into the box and stepped up to take the spot-kick. Louis Tibbles did well to save but Hipperson was on hand to net the rebound.

Planters: Wilton, Probert, Brown, Wones, Eastaugh, Watts, Henery (Cheese 90), Pollock (Jones 66), Hipperson, Speller, Sanusi (Stewart 79). Unused subs: Lapite, Mokake.
