Bosses at a Norfolk football club have set their sights on further fundraising challenges.

Last year, one of the directors at Wymondham Town Football Club, Mark Brown, raised more than £5,000 for charity Mind by running and cycling the length of the country in a fortnight.

Now, director of football, Craig Wright, and committee member, Rosie Fox Elliott, are hoping two more endurance challenges will raise funds for cancer charities.

Mr Wright is aiming to complete the London Marathon on April 22 for the Teenage Cancer Trust, while Miss Elliott will be attempting to cycle 100km around London over night.

The Ride the Night event in May will raise funds to fight cervical, breast and ovarian cancer, and Miss Elliott is cycling in memory of her best friend who 'died far too young'.
