The first bus in a new £1.9m fleet to run between Wymondham and Norwich was unveiled this morning.

The new First buses will run on the green line and will have CCTV, free wifi and leather seats.

They will run to the city centre every 15 minutes and will take 35 minutes.

This morning, Wymondham mayor Joe Mooney unveiled the first of the new fleet.

Steve Wickers, business director for First Eastern Counties, said: 'Our £1.9m investment in 11 brand new vehicles is great news for our customers and underlines our continuing determination to provide ever better bus services in our area and encourage more people to travel by bus. These new vehicles will be among the best and most eco-friendly in the city.
