The Wroxham Road has reopened after a crash between a van and a car this afternoon.
Emergency services were called at 1.25pm to the Falcon Road West junction.
A woman in the car aged in her 20s was treated by the ambulance service for neck and back injuries which are not thought to be serious.
Police said there was a backlog of traffic and a side road off Wroxham Road was closed. It has now reopened.
One person was extradited from the car by fire crews from Sprowston, Earlham and Carrow using hydraulic rescue equipment.
