THE list of candidates for the Worlingham by-election has been announced.
The candidates nominated for election as a district councillor for Worlingham are Sue Bergin, of Park Drive, Beccles, for the Green Party, Norman Brooks, of Darby Road, Beccles, for the Conservative Party, Doug Farmer, of Ashmans Road, Beccles, for Liberal Democrat, Stuart Paul Richard Foulger, of Ellough Road, Beccles, for the UK Independence Party and Sylvia Ann Robbins, of Fairmile Close, Worlingham, for the Labour Party.
The election will take place on Monday, December 19 and the two polling stations will be at Worlingham Primary School and Fortrey Heap village hall in North Cove.
Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Lowestoft Town Hall, by 5pm on Friday, December 2.
