Work to replace a pavement in Loddon will begin next month.

The work will be carried out along Drury Lane, starting on or shortly after Monday, July 3, and is expected to take three weeks to complete.

The works will involve replacing broken kerbs and the pavement will then be reconstructed. Drury Lane, which forms part of a residential crescent, will be closed from the Kittens Lane junction to Hobart Road during the duration of the works.

A spokesman from Norfolk County Council said: 'Access to properties will be maintained at all times however whilst the county council will do its best to keep it to a minimum, some disruption is possible. The council thanks people for their patience while this improvement work is carried out.'

The work, which will cost £16,400, will be carried out by Norfolk County Council's community and environmental services department and their contractors.
