A 64-year-old woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University hospital this afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on Prince of Wales Road in Norwich.
The crash happened at around 2.15pm near the junction with Recorder Road, near Hotel Nelson, when a Peugeot and a Fiesta collided.
An ambulance spokesman described the injuries to the woman as 'not life threatening'.
One fire engine from Earlham and another from Sprowston attended to release the woman, cutting off the car's roof and Recorder Road was blocked by the incident for a short while.
