A 65-year-old woman suffered serious injuries after she feel from a horse in Beccles.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to take the woman to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital following this morning's accident in Hulver Street.
An air ambulance spokesman said: 'The aircraft was tasked because the patient had sustained a head injury in the fall. It landed in a field adjacent to her at 10.30am. Its medical crew administered pain relief and immobilised her spine, working with the EEAST ambulance crew already on scene, then flew her to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital arriving at 11am. Her condition on arrival was described as serious.'
