Woman’s bag snatched in Gorleston

A woman has had her bag snatched by a cyclist in Gorleston.

It happened on Saturday, November 21 at around 5.45pm as the woman was walking along Lowestoft Road, near to Gorleston police station.

The woman was approached from behind by a man on bicycle who snatched her cream and black shiny clutch bag, causing the strap to rip, before riding off on to Englands Lane.

The suspect was wearing dark clothing and a woolly hat.

The bag contained both valuable and personal belongings which are irreplaceable.
