Woman is assaulted in Lowestoft

Police in Lowestoft are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted in London Road South at about 5.10pm on Monday.

The victim, aged in her 20s, was walking when a man approached her from behind, pulled at her dress and made inappropriate comments.

The man then walked off towards Pakefield.

He was white, aged between 40 to 50, of medium build, 6ft, with short brown hair and stubble on his face.

The suspect was wearing a faded orange t-shirt, with light coloured jeans/trousers and a silver coloured metal bracelet wristwatch.
