Woman hurt in two-vehicle crash on A145 near Southwold

A woman was taken to hospital with a suspected fracture to one of her limbs after the car she was travelling in collided with another vehicle near Southwold.

The crash happened on the A145 at Henham, between Blythburgh and Uggeshall, just before 10.50am on Saturday morning.

The road was closed as emergency services attended the scene of the crash, which involved a Nissan Juke and a Mazda MX-5.

Police said one woman suffered a suspected limb fracture and was taken to hospital. Her injuries were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
