Five cars are reported to have been involved in a crash in Ringland, near Taverham.
The accident happened on Ringland Road at about 6.30pm.
Police said one person, a woman, suffered a slight back injury.
Two crews of firefighters were sent to the scene, and diversions have been put in place.
Police said vehicles involved included a blue Ford Transit, a black Honda Civic and a blue Hyundai.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to phone police on 101.
