A 68-year-old woman was rushed to the James Paget University Hospital on Monday after slipping off a boat into the River Bure at Great Yarmouth.
The holidaymaker slipped while trying to board a cruiser at Yarmouth yacht station in Lawn Avenue and fell into the river at 8.10pm.
The Gorleston Inshore Lifeboat was called to the scene and pulled the unconscious woman from the river.
She was given cardio massage at the scene and taken to the hospital where she received further treatment for pneumonia and hypothermia.
