Norfolk police are renewing their appeals for witnesses following a large disturbance in Diss involving up to 30 people.

Several people arrived in vehicles at a property in Shelfanger Road between about 5pm and 5.20pm last Monday, June 19, and a verbal altercation ensued between them and the persons inside the address.

The offenders were acting in an aggressive and intimidating manner and several windows at the property were smashed and one person was assaulted.

Investigating officer Det Sgt Dave Mytton said: "A large number of people had gathered in a noisy and rowdy fashion in this particular street, so it is likely members of the public in the vicinity would have seen the commotion and they may have important information for us about who was involved.

"We are keen to speak to anyone who saw the incident or who was in the area at the time."

Any information to Det Sgt Mytton or Det Con Jim Starling at Norwich CID on 0845 4564567, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
