Two acres of grass was set alight at Corton Cliffs on Tuesday, and police are treating the fire as arson.
Officers were called by the fire service to the clifftop, near Corton Road, and three males were seen in the area using an aerosol to set the grass alight.
The incident happened between 3.30pm and 4pm.
