Police have issued an appeal for witnesses following a single vehicle crash near Lowestoft, which led to a man suffering serious injuries.
Officers were called shortly after 4.40pm on Wednesday, June 14 to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle on the southbound A47, after the B1385/Millennium Way roundabout.
A police spokesman said: 'The rider, a man in his 20s on a Suzuki motorcycle, is believed to have sustained spinal injuries and was taken to James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston in a serious condition.'
The road was blocked as emergency services dealt with the incident at the scene but it was reopened at about 8.15pm.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who has information that could assist the inquiry, should contact Suffolk Police on 101, quoting CAD 308 of June 14.
