Police are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision on the A1095 about a quarter of a mile east of the A12 junction between Blythburgh and Reydon last night.

Officers were called just after 10.15pm to reports that a purple Volvo S40 had left the road and collided with a tree.
A 23-year-old man sustained head and chest injuries and was taken the James Paget Hospital at Gorleston. He died a short time later from his injuries.
Police are asking anyone who saw the vehicle prior to the collision or the collision itself to call PC Paul Carr at the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Suffolk police headquarters on 01473 613500.
