Estate Agency William H Brown is extending its reach into East Norfolk after acquiring Ian Sinclair estate agents in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston.
The deal means that the Great Yarmouth branch will be rebranded as William H Brown, while it said the Gorleston outlet will be absorbed into the existing operation.
Ian Sinclair, who founded the estate agency will also join Will H Brown as a consultant.
The move brings the number of William H Brown offices in Norfolk to 24, with branches in every major town in the county.
Simon Arnes, Divisional Managing Director for William H Brown, said: 'We have long wished to extend our presence into the Great Yarmouth market, this recent acquisition has given us an opportunity to do so.'
