Winds are expected to reach up to 49mph across the region as the Winter sun comes to an end and rain sets in - although not before another fine day today.
Temperatures are expected to reach highs of 25C in the region which would make Saturday the warmest day in October since 2011.
Norfolk has been feeling the wind this week with average wind speeds of 20mph recorded on Friday night.
But those speeds will increase over the weekend.
Marham, west Norfolk, will see the highest winds with gusts of 49mph. Wattisham, in Suffolk, is the next highest in the region with speeds of 39mph.
While Tibenham, near Banham in Norfolk, will see wind speeds of 35mph.
Police in the region have already been dealing with accidents caused by the wind with Mildenhall Police called to a parked car that was blown into another parked car in Brandon, Suffolk.
They also had to use a rolling road block on the A14 after a road sign began blowing around the carriageway.
The high winds come as Ireland braces itself as Storm Callum hits the country with speeds of 60mph recorded.
Temperatures in Norwich and Cromer are expected to hit 23C with King's Lynn reaching 24C.
Over Friday night temperatures rivalled the warmest October night on record which was recorded in Cromer at 17.7C on October 3 in 2011.
Moving into Sunday the six days of sunshine are set to end with thunderstorms expected from 8am.
Rain is expected to continue throughout the day with it clearing into Monday morning.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and to expect cross winds and slippery surfaces during the rainfall.
