Who said it was too cold to cut the grass?

One gardener from Norfolk proved otherwise as he braved the Beast from the East to tidy the grounds at Norfolk Lavender.

Daniel Newstead headed out into the snow at the Heacham site with a lawn mower, wearing nothing but his pants, a hat and wellies.

We have no idea why he chose this particular outfit.

The site was closed to customers at the time.

Footage of the gardening stunt was captured by Callum Eglen.

The quirky antics follow on from a sighting of the Norwich Flower Pot Man on Thursday morning, who was spotted running through Norwich city centre in nothing but his pants.

Temperatures were freezing again today, with more snow.

Forecasters are suggesting that the worst of the weather is now over and temperatures should begin to creep up over the weekend.
