Grab your sun cream and head for the coast - rising temperatures over the next few days are set to make Norfolk hotter than several holiday hot spots.
According to experts from Norwich-based forecaster Weatherquest, temperatures this week will widely be between 22C and 23C.
However parts of the county will experience highs of 25C, with Thursday lined up to be the warmest day of the year so far.
Meteorologist Dan Holley said: 'Tuesday will see highs of 19C with Wednesday likely to be 22C. Some spots across Norfolk may reach 25C on Thursday, while Friday will see maximum temperatures of 23C.
'It will be cooler on the coast due to the onshore breeze but there is going to be lots of sunshine, with the sun's UV levels as strong now as they would be in early September.'
If temperatures do reach predicted highs, Norfolk will be hotter than holiday hot spots such as the Canary Islands and Corfu, with temperatures in Corfu expected to be between 21C-23C this week, while temperatures in the Canary Islands are set to peak at 22C.
