Many Norfolk schools have closed for the day as high winds leave them without power.

More than 30,000 homes are without power and roads are blocked as winds of more than 70mph hit the region.

And with no power, more than 30 schools have decided to shut for the day.

It was a similar picture in west Suffolk, with several schools in Brandon closed for the day as power cuts hit the town.
