Heavy and prolonged rainfall is forecast for Norfolk with a yellow warning issued for the county.
The Met Office says "persistent" rain can be expected on Monday morning, with "heavy showers and possible thunderstorms" developing later in the afternoon across the county.
It added: "There is a chance that heavy prolonged rainfall could lead to local flooding and disruption to transport."
Temperatures are forecast to reach a maximum of 14C.
The heavy showers will ease during the evening with mist and fog forecast overnight.
The Met Office said the wet weather is likely to continue through to Wednesday.
