Police are warning drivers in Norfolk and Suffolk to only travel if it is necessary as treacherous conditions continue,

Police are warning drivers in Norfolk and Suffolk to only travel if it is necessary as treacherous conditions continue,

Roads are still hazardous and motorists are advised to only make journeys if they are needed and for people to plan ahead and check the route.

The A140 is again closed in both directions this morning due to snow drifts.

It is closed between Swan Lane in Long Stratton and B1134 Station Road/Tivetshall Road at Pulham Market.

Norwich Road in Tacolneston is blocked in both directions following a gritter leaving the road between Hurn Lane and Hall Road due to the icy conditions.

Greater Anglia have said to only travel by train if necessary.
