Police are urging drivers to take care on the roads following a day of heavy rainfall in Norfolk and Waveney.
Up to 30mm of rain has fallen in some places with a Met Office yellow weather warning set to remain in place across most of the region for the rest of the day.
Ahead of the rush hour traffic Norfolk Constabulary tweeted: 'All it does is rain, rain, rain. Roads may be slightly flooded and puddles may be deeper than you think. Drive to conditions, take it slow.'

But since 4am on Tuesday morning Cromer has seen nearly a month's worth of rainfall with 41mm falling on the north Norfolk coast. This led to a number of homes and businesses in the town becoming flooded.
Adam Dury, of Norwich-based Weatherquest, said the heavy rain will continue across the region this evening with only the King's Lynn and Great Yarmouth areas seeing a respite from the rain.
