The Beast from the East caused havoc for many of our region’s roads, however one road was shut for much longer than others.

Stone Road in Buckenham was only re-opened this morning (Friday March 9) after is was finally cleared of snow.

These pictures were taken on Thursday (March 8) and Friday of this week and you can see just how much snow still remained.

Thankfully, after a long wait, the road is now safely usable.
