The families of a young couple, who died following a crash on the A140 on Sunday, have paid tribute to them.
Police were called just before 8.30pm on Sunday to reports of a collision between a car and lorry on the A140 at Yaxley.
Oliver Appleby, aged 24 and Sarah Delf, also aged 24, who lived on Dereham Road in Norwich died at the scene, while the lorry driver sustained minor injuries.
Sarah's family gave the following tribute:
Sarah Roseanne Delf was a much loved daughter to Heather and William, sister to her brother Jonathan, adored member of the family, devoted girlfriend to Oliver Appleby, and a dedicated friend to many.
She grew up in Norfolk, attended school in Martham and then sixth form at Gorleston College.
She was a kind, popular and sociable girl, and a senior prefect at school.
Sarah had many hobbies and interests as a young child including reading, music, swimming, ballet, and tennis. As she grew older, she remained a very keen reader and swimmer, and also developed an interest in photography, horse riding, yoga and hiking.
Hardworking and studious, she later pursued a degree in chemistry at the University of East Anglia, where she was due to complete her PhD in early 2016.
Her older brother remained close to her throughout university life where he studied pharmacy. He was honoured to have his little sister close by at all times to cherish.
An avid animal lover, Sarah always aspired to study veterinary medicine, and selflessly spent her free time caring for animals and supporting a local farmer. Last year she travelled to a Zambian wildlife reserve, where she vaccinated cape buffalos and worked with rare white lions. Her determination and strong work ethic granted her a place to become a vet in Bulgaria, where she was due to fulfil her dream next year.
Sarah was beautiful in every sense of the word. She loved life, and lived hers to the full.
She had a close, loving family and network of friends and she always made the time to keep in touch with everyone. We will always treasure the amazing and thoughtful letters she wrote to us.
She travelled the world and attracted friends on every continent with her infectious laugh, kind-hearted smile and witty personality. Her zest for life and sense of adventure made her at one with nature and she revelled in the beauty of the world around her, bringing out the best in everyone she met. She was a free spirit, a pillar of strength for her family and friends, and a shoulder for others to cry on. Her loving nature made her a great listener and role model to others.
It was a privilege and a pleasure to have Sarah in our lives and to see her blossom into the beautiful flower she became. Our hearts feel empty because she has gone but resonate with the love we shared for her and the lasting memories she has left behind.
We will remember you always Sarah – eternally in our thoughts, forever in our words and in the lives we will carry on living for you. You will never be forgotten and will always be a part of our lives. We love you.

Oliver was a bright, enthusiastic young man with a heart of gold. He always put others first and doted on his beautiful girlfriend Sarah Delf, spending five happy years together they were inseparable.
Oliver was brought up in South London, Croydon but moved to Margate in Kent after his 9th birthday with his family, two older sisters and his parents. He attended the Ursuline College in Westgate On Sea where he made his dearest and closest friends.
Oliver loved History and Politics so after finishing his A-levels at Ursuline College he decided to go to The University of East Anglia to further his interests and studied American History and Politics. This is where he met the love of life, Sarah Delf.
He wasn't a judgemental, over-opinionated person, he just wished for peace and was so humble.
He had many interests and hobbies including cooking, home brewing, berry picking and also had a very musical side to him, where he played instruments such as the guitar and the banjo.
He wasn't fussy when it came to music, he could listen to anything even if it had cheesy lyrics and a repetitive tune.
Oliver loved to travel and was a very outdoors person. He visited many cities around the world and met many friends along the way. He was very popular and loved by many for his witty sense of humour, charm and kindness.
We loved both Oliver and Sarah dearly and they will always be remembered.
