These aerial shots of Great Yarmouth seafront from the 1930s, show a fascinating glimpse of a carefree holiday in the years before the Second World War.
What is apparent is how 'open' it looked, with the sea clearly visible from Marine Parade, unlike today where over the years the successive groups of councillors have allowed buildings and attractions to line the route, blocking the views.
