A photographer pottering away in his garage had some welcome company when a fox came to join him at his Norwich home.
Simon Finlay, a photographer for this newspaper, was working away in his garage last week when the fox made an appearance.
Mr Finlay said it was clearly looking for food but ended up staying for half-an-hour.
'He was only slightly weary and he was obviously looking for food,' he said. 'He stayed around for about 30 minutes so was clearly comfortable in my company.'
The fox eventually left when Mr Finaly encouraged him out of the garage as he locked up, but the mammal seemed to take quite a shine to him.
He said: 'I actually had to go and grab something from my neighbours down the road and he walked along with me by my side and then all the way back to the garage.'
