Prescribed medication was stolen on Tuesday when thieves broke into a Great Yarmouth property.

An address on Palgrave Road was targeted between 2.30pm and 2.45pm.

Police, appealing for witnesses, said the suspects stole a blister pack containing medication. Officers are warning those who come into contact with the medication that it contains potentially lethal side effects and should not be consumed.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious or anyone with information should contact DC Matt Cornwall at Yarmouth CID on 101.
