Voluntary Norfolk is in need of volunteers in the Thorpe St Andrew area.
The charity is looking for people who can spare an hour or two to help vulnerable local residents, such as people over 85 years old, who can experience social isolation during the winter months.
Volunteers can provide companionship for such people, as well as help local health teams support patients and assist with practical tasks such as decorating and gardening.
