There were heavy delays on the A11 near Thetford earlier today due to a vehicle fire.
Two fire engines, one from Thetford and the other from Attleborough, were called at 11.27am to the busy road at Roudham.
Norfolk police Tweeted drivers to ask them to avoid the area and tailbacks were reported.
The northbound carriageway was affected.
