Vandals scratch letter into car in Thetford

Vandals caused damage to a Vauxhall Vectra after scratching a letter into its paintwork as it was parked in Thetford.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident, which is believed to have taken place between 11.45am and 12.45pm on December 23.

The victim had parked the grey Vectra in Tesco car park on Norwich Road before entering the store.

On his return he noticed that a backwards 'N' had been scored into the offside rear passenger door.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area.
