A college accommodation block for disabled people will reopen this autumn despite vandalism which has left a £150,000 repair bill.
A gang of youths attacked the College of West Anglia's Plaxtole House, off King's Lynn's Tennyson Avenue, in the early hours of Friday.
They smashed toilet cisterns, furniture, doors and windows, and threw televisions and computers out of windows.
Damaged sanitaryware caused ceilings to collapse and lower floors to flood before the attack was discovered by college caretakers on Friday morning.
The building was attacked again, with further windows being smashed, on Friday night.
Two 15-year-olds and a 12-year-old were arrested over the weekend and have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Call PC Jamie Cowen at King's Lynn police on 0845 456 4567 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
