Norfolk fire service said appliances from Fakenham and Wells were sent to a collision involving two vehicles.
Police and an amulance also attended the incident, which happened between West Barsham and Egmere just before 10.15am.
An East of England ambulance spokesman said one male patient was treated at the scene for minor facial injuries and neck pain, before being taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn.
