Update: One person killed in two-car crash on A149 in Potter Heigham

One person has died following a crash between two cars on the A149 in Potter Heigham.

Police were called to the accident, between the A1062 Station Road and B1152 Mill Road, at 2.45pm, and the road was closed until 6.50pm.

A Peugeot and an Audi were involved.

Police have not given any information about the age or gender of the person who died.

Three crews of firefighters from Martham, Stalham and Acle were sent to the scene, where they made the cars safe and helped the ambulance service.
